The Total Wellness Program is $2,999 when paid in full at the time of enrollment. A payment plan is available at a total of $3,099, split into scheduled installments agreed in writing before the program begins.
There are no recurring or automatic charges, and no additional fees beyond those described here.
All sales are final. The program fee is non-refundable.
Substantial work begins the moment you enroll: a detailed review of your health history and intake forms is completed ahead of your first consultation. Because that time is committed to you right away, the program fee cannot be refunded once enrollment is complete.
You may discontinue the program at any time. However, the fee remains non-refundable, and unused consultations are not credited, transferable, or exchangeable for other services.
The program expires 10 months from the date of purchase. Any consultations not used within that window are forfeited.
Consultations take place in person in Pensacola, Florida, or by video. Lab testing is arranged through independent third-party laboratories — some tests are completed at home with a kit, while others require a visit to a local draw center (such as LabCorp). Written protocols and plans are delivered through your client portal.
Your first consultation is typically scheduled about four weeks after enrollment — this gives you time to complete your new patient forms and health history in full, so your visit is as productive as possible.
